Chillies Farm Dairy Ltd has the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice. All products shown are as accurate as the website allows. The presence of an item on the website does not guarantee that it is in stock.

Privacy policy

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We are committed to protecting your privacy and we will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time that are in place.

We collect information for the following purposes:

If you consent, to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit/debit card details. We will not give or sell your details to any other party for any reason unless you specifically ask us to do so.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by telephoning, writing or emailing us. If you find any inaccuracy we will delete or correct it promptly.

Chillies Farm Dairy will use only the methods supplied by you for communication with you (e.g. telephone, mail address and/or by e-mail). You agree that you do not object to us contacting you for any of the above purposes whether by telephone, e-mail or in writing and you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the above as being a

breach of any of your rights under the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.

Our rights

We reserve the right to:

Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and/or

Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any changes to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.

Purchase of products

Orders must be placed by phone or online. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

For delivery to the UK, orders will be dispatched by 24 hour courier on working business days but only Monday to Thursday. We do not dispatch or deliver on Fridays, weekends and bank or public holidays. Please give as much lead time for an order as possible. When demand exceeds supply there may be a waiting period until your product is back in stock. Instructions as to where the order may be left in the absence of a signature can be taken.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channel or Jersey Islands, post codes off the mainland UK and some post codes in Scotland and Ireland will incur higher shipping costs. Please contact us for details before ordering.

As per standard distance selling regulations, you have 14 consecutive days after you receive your parcel to raise any issues with your order. After that time, the transaction is closed.

Pricing policy

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges.

Price changes

We may alter prices at any time. We try our best to keep price changes to a minimum but sometimes increases are necessary. If the price of an item you have ordered has increased but not yet altered on our website we will contact you before charging the additional amount.

Delivery & Returns

All of our products are shipped by DHL on a Next Day Service. Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days Monday to Thursday, depending on stock levels. If an item is out of stock or dispatch is delayed we will inform you via telephone or email.

Items will not be shipped on weekends or bank holidays. Please note – we do not ship on a Friday to avoid your kefir/cheese sitting in a warehouse all weekend.

All shipping inside the UK is charged at £3.50. Shipping further afield may incur a higher delivery charge.
